The primary goal of this program is to foster innovation through the exploration and experimentation of novel funding mechanisms tailored to the ecosystem's needs. We aim to identify and engage a diverse group of program managers, leveraging their unique perspectives and insights to drive the success of grant programs. Additionally, we are committed to addressing the immediate challenges faced by the Arbitrum DAO, such as launching a bounty board, providing data analysis for incentive programs, rewarding contributors equitably, and promoting Orbit adoption through educational materials. With approximately 3 million ARB allocated for 5-10 programs, our overarching objective is to support rapid, effective change within the Arbitrum ecosystem while aligning with the broader strategic goals of the DAO.

The vision is to create a robust grants ecosystem, with Milestone 1b(ridge) focusing on refining grant allocations and leveraging technology, all within a budget of 3.36M ARB over 6 months.
